About Us
General Overview
- We are a primary care medical clinic offering wellness exams, preventive care, natural medicine, laboratory, minor surgery, naturopathic care, acute care and acupuncture services.
- All services provided in English and Spanish.
- Flat fee of $65 for an office visit, on-site labs range $20-80.
- We do not bill insurance and cannot treat motor-vehicle accidents or workers comp.
- Open for medical services from 8am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
- Acupuncture offered Saturdays from 8am-2pm.
Our Mission
The mission of La Clínica Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe is offer culturally specific, comprehensive medical services to all members of the community who are unable or opt not to use other available services. The Guadalupe Clinic provides compassionate medical care with an emphasis on low-income and uninsured Hispanic individuals facing challenges in accessing these services due to language and financial barriers.
Our History
For 31 years, the Guadalupe Clinic has served as an unwavering beacon of hope for under served and vulnerable Spanish-speaking people in Salem.
