Dr. Elizebeth Rose Harmon is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She obtained her medical degree at OSHU and completed her residency at Geinsinger Medical Center. While busy as the owner of Salem Women's Clinic, Dr. Harmon volunteers as the Medical Director of The Guadalupe Clinic. She enjoys making doll clothes and providing dolls for children in foster care, making pies, mentoring future physicians, quilting, knitting, sewing, rollerblading, and reading. Dr. Harmon has been married to her husband Jeff for over 30 years. They have four sons.
Dr. Valeria Manning earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2017. Following her graduation, she completed a residency focused on integrative women's health, hormone management, and pediatrics.
In 2024, she continued the advanced menopause training she had received during her residency with Dr. Tori Hudson and obtained national accreditation as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.
Dr. Manning is dedicated to identifying and treating the root causes of disease, which is one of the foundational philosophies of naturopathic medicine. She also educates her patients on strategies for preventing chronic diseases, placing a strong emphasis on nutrition, stress management, and mental health.
Dr. Manning is of Argentine and Uruguayan descent, the daughter of immigrants who instilled in her a deep appreciation for her Latin roots. She serves on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) committee for the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OANP) and is the founding president of Oregon’s Latino Provider Association. She is fluent in Spanish.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Manning enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, who is also a naturopathic doctor, and their two young daughters.
Dr. Tania Neubauer received her Naturopathic Doctorate degree from NNCM and has practiced for 15 years. She served as the staff physician for Natural Doctors International in Nicaragua. She currently practices at Virginia Garcia Wellness Center in Cornelius in addition to La Clinica De Guadalupe. She has a special interest in herbal medicine and is the co-owner of the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism. She has practiced primary care in community clinics throughout her career, helping bring excellent care to those with challenges in access to healthcare. She believes that healthcare is a human right for all people. She is bilingual and has worked with Spanish-speaking patients throughout her career.
Dr. Zia Robles Hernandez received her Naturopathic Doctorate degree at NCNM and has been practicing for 13 years. She is of Mexican descent, fluent in both Spanish and English. After graduating in 2009, Dr. Robles had the opportunity to teach at New Mexico College. She returned to Oregon in 2011 to open her own practice called Natural Elements Medicine in Albany, Oregon. Dr. Robles recently joined The Guadalupe Clinic and is passionate about serving our population. She focuses in treating the whole person, while following the naturopathic philosophy.
Leo Wenli Zhu is a Licensed Acupuncturist. He attended the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland and graduated with a Masters in Chinese medicine. He has a strong belief in the inherent wisdom of the body, believing that it can heal itself when gently brought into balance of Qi/energy.
